Nahavand Cement Company’s Strategy
The company’s three-year strategies were formulated and accomplished afterconducting studies on company’s programs started in 1389. Conducting evaluations, the strategies were set into motion after changes and reviews carried out in the last year. The most important strategies of the company are as follow: 
Considering the existing competitive advantages of producing cement in Iran, the private sector’s investments in launching new designs and developing the current production lines, and also having in mind the existing potentials for producing and exporting cement in Iran and finally the created competitive environment in producing and supplying cement, Nahavand Cement Company’s success and achieving its share in the market requiresfast growth in the market andutilizing the opportunities.


Based onenvironmental factors analysis and considering the current situation and condition of Nahavand Cement Company, the chosen strategies, i.e. “reducing expenses”, “developing exports to Iraq”, “makingconcentric diversification in the products” and “revising all systems and methods” enjoy a high fascinating grade and are taken as the master key for the company’s success.  Therefore in the business project, formulated based on these strategies, plans would be studied by the present managing team which reflects the organization’s goals, programs and policies during Iranian years of 1391, 92 and 93. 
In the mentioned business project, based on productivity and profitability growth principles and the principles in the balance score card, all important and effective factors in achieving efficient financial performance and satisfying customers and beneficiaries within theorganization’s outlook have been planed and agreed by the present managing team.
All decision-making and individual and group activities during the next three years would be clearly in the framework of this business project and the performances of all the line and staff units in obtaining these goals will be evaluated and controlled in one-month periods and suitable reforming actions will be taken after analyzing the distorting factors from goals and plans. Therefore besides guaranteeing achieving the agreed goals in set times of the project, the organization’s permanent improvement cycle would be considered and controlled. There is no need to say that the present managing team’s goal is to upgrade Nahavand Cement Company from strategic position to the favorite position and making the organization’s outlook come true.
